May 14th, 2010 - Workout A (heavy)

Back Squat: 5x5 - 37 x 46.5 x 57 x 66.5 x 77
Glute-Ham Raise:  5x5 - BW
Weighted Pull-Up: 5x5 - 5 x 7 x 8 x 10 x 12
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 5x5 - 52 x 52 x 52 x 52 x 52
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 5x5 - 26.5 x 26.5 x 32 x 37 x 42
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3x5 1x3 1x4 - 42 x 46.5 x 52 x 57 x 52

May 28th, 2010 - Workout A (heavy)

Back Squat: 5x5 - 42 x 52 x 62 x 72 x 82
Glute-Ham Raise:  5x5 - BW
Weighted Pull-Up: 5x5 - 5 x 7 x 8 x 10 x 12
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 5x5 - 52 x 52 x 52 x 52 x 52
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 5x5 - 22 x 27 x 32 x 37 x 42
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 5x5 - 42 x 42 x 47 x 52 x 57

It was a decent workout.

@Squats: 5 kg increase. Oh well, last set was a killer ^^
10 kg to go so I reach my 1.5xBW goal of 5 reps.

@Glute-Ham Raise: Don't expect much progress here. I'm seeing some (slower motion, etc.) but I can't really give any numbers ^^

@Pull-ups: I thought I increased, but when I came home I noticed that I've been doing the same weight like last time, so... -_-

@Barbell-Rows: Watched my form a little and looked if I can really get the bar up to my hips. Well it's slightly lower but upper arms are higher than parallel, so I guess it's alright? Suggestions? Can I increase the weight or should I practice with this until I can pull the bar up to my stomach?

@Incline Barbell Bench Press: Going to up the weights next workout. The first set was a joke and I think I can handle more than 42 on my last set.

@Bench Press: Reached my goal of 5 clean reps @ 57 kg! Smiley
5 kg to go so I reach my 1xBW goal of 5 reps.

Sorry I have no idea about what to suggest for BB row, but personally I try and get it up to my stomach and pull shoulder blades together top of movement.

The impression I'm getting is that your doing more of a yates row movement?
    Yates Row 275 x 12

With barbell row aren't you mean to take it up a bit higher than the hips? (That's the way I've always done them). But if it feels fine for you then go for it Cool

Just a question about your weights, do you have like 3 Barbells set up with the weights ready for each exercise or do you change the weight over on the same Barbell every time?

I have two straight barbells and one EZ curl bar.

I use the EZ curl bar only for upright-rows atm and the straight barbell for everything else.

I only have this one straight barbell set up, not 3 Tongue So I change the weights quickly after every set!
