ok before i post todays workout (which will be similar to above) nothing special till the 3rd, i want to do my new year post.
whilst i still have my long term fitness goals here are my goals for this year.
-sub 2 hours 30 minutes for a triathlon
-beat my previous swimathon time (5km) and do it under 1 hour 30 minutes
-run a 10km in 40 minutes
-run a 20km in 1 hour 40 minutes
-db and bb bench press my body weight for reps (75kg)
-deadlift over twice my weight for reps
-become a lot more flexible
-become more muscular
-get the 6pac showing
my non-fitness goals which can arguable be fitness goals are:
-get paid work in a fitness environment either coaching, massaging idk exactly just so its a step closer leaving my current job
-successful pass this years course and first semester for 2nd year (as this is for the whole year)
-make sure i get all my studying work checked before handing them in (uglok has kindly helped me with this)
-get shed loads of coaching qualifications done
i'm sure there are other which will come up as the year goes but these are the current ones! anyway here my new years day photos!
