Your brother sounds like an incredible person. He lived as all men should, in the moment. He wasn't dead yet, and so he chose to live, like you said, to do the things he loved doing, to continue, to endevor, forever.

Tbh I wrote some more but none of it sounded right.

"Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
    For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
    Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul." - William Ernest Henley

That is how your brother was, "My head is bloody, but unbowed." No matter the hell he faced or paths he had traveled, he pushed on, with chin held high, rewarded with peace.
This is how all people should live. If this is how you've decided to live, then your life will be incredible.

    Stay strong Fireball.

I changed name of this journal for the last time.

Had bad eats today, my gf oversalted the chicken. So much that I drank around 2 liters of water to sink it down. But i'm eating soon some eggs, rye bread, chicken breast, cheese, banana and some rasberries.

Bench press: 3x5@70kg. (Easy, could have done a lot more)
BB rows: 3x5@90kg. (Prolly could have done at least 100kg.)
    Deadlifts: 1x5@60kg, 1x5@80kg, 1x5@110kg, 3x5@130kg. (Hard due long pause)
Squats: 3x5@100kg. (Easy enough, but didn't wanna stress my foot more)
BB curls: 4x5@40kg. (Quite easy, close to my limits however)
Calf raises: Skipped due still healing joints between knee and calfs.

Tomorrow swiming and next session on wensday.

Good workout. How is the recovery going?

Quite well, only muscles I can't train directly are calfs and shoulders. But I don't really mind since one can build fantastic physique with minor direct shoulder work anyway.

Tomorrow I will be hitting gym with rep scheme of 3x8. I got 14 week plan ready: Gona hit strength, size and endurance for first month. Second Will be just mass and insane endurance. then month and a half doing strength training only.

Other news: My morning weight was 101,4 this morning and I can see now my 2 topmost row of abs. Oh yay!

183cm. BF is around 18% now. I have kept my bodyweight around 100kg for 2,5 years now. I'd expect to be at 14% bodyfat at the end of the year, without losing any weight. My longtime goal is LBW off 95kg. I plan to reach it with 6 + 7 phase program.

Today's workout was bad, shamefully bad.

    Lat pulldowns: 2x8@80kg, 2x8@100kg.
Good mornings: 3x8@50kg. (After monday's deadlifts my lower back was stiff. despite stretching)
    Squats: 2x8@70kg.
    Front squats: 2x8@2x20kg kettlebell
    Incline press: 3x8@60kg.
BB upright rows: 3x8@30kg. (Last time I did these was with 60kg, damn my shoulders have gotten weak)
    French press: 3x8@35kg.

There was this F¤&"$g annoying dude, I really wanted to beat the shit out off him, after whining to me... Long story and that dude isin't worth me writing it.

Whenever I can. During work, evenings etc. Just stiff back after doing deadlifts & squats after nearly month's pause.
