In light of my progress diary being accidentally deleted, this is my new one. So I shall continue updating it tomorrow. EDIT: Posting updated stats in OP... Height: 6'2 Weight: ~95kg Squat: 185kg x 1 (407lb) Deadlift: 220kg x 1 (485lb) Bench Press: 90kg x 3 Push press: 80kg x 1 Some vids220kg Deadlift:

Bench Press: Coming Soon Goals: Next comp is going to be august time, the next few fall in exam periods so will have to give em a miss. Going for a 200kg squat, 240kg deadlift and a 115kg bench (goals subject to change of course  ) Currently doing 5/3/1, going to be sticking to it for a good 6 months or so depending on how it goes.

Squat:110kg x 5 122.5kg x 5 135kg x 5 (new PB) Deadlift:127.5kg x 5 142.5kg x 5 155kg x 5 Didn't do assistance, was at a music festival over the weekend, and 3 nights of being in mosh pits, with shit food takes its toll  Also got to meet rammstein, and shook Till's hand - One epic weekend :p Will do the back assistance when I do chest etc tomorrow, should work out alright.

Bench + assistance Bench:60kg x 5 65kg x 5 70kg x 5 75kg x 5 (2 paused 3 no pause) Dumbbell press:24kg x 8 26kg x 2 x 8 Could have done more tbh, try and get 3 x 12 with 26kg next time Dips:11, 5, 7 CGBP50kg x 12 50kg x 10 50kg x 8 Did the deadlift assistance today as well. Rack pulls:100kg x 5 122.5kg x 5 130kg x 5 145kg x 3 155kg x 3 Didn't have a belt with me so didn't go very heavy. Shrugs:80kg x 3 x 10 Kroc Rows:Left hand - 30kg x15 Right hand - 30kg x 18 Long session, hands have been torn to shreds :p still refusing to use straps untiill my shrugs get decent

To be fair, when I was running around Cardiff in my morphsuit on oh-so-many drunken nights, I didn't wear any footwear cos that just spoils the whole effect.
Points for the mankinis though, I always wore women's underwear on top.

Deadlift Assistance
Rack pulls: 160kg x 5 170kg x 3 180kg x 3 190kg x 2 200kg x 3
Surprisingly easy as well - was only planning on doing around 170 - 180kg but its the last time of going heavy before the comp, so I thought fuck it and just went for it :p
Shrugs: 85kg x 3 x 10
Kroc Rows: left hand: 30kg x 20 Right hand 30kg x 20
Good day today, was one of those days where everything seems to feel easier :p
