    Haha well at the moment, seated rows are part of my shoulder fix so I threw them in supersetted with hamstrings for fun and to save time before I moved on to rear delts/rotator cuff exercises

    Yeah it makes sense I do that sometimes too (Supersetting hanging leg raises and calf raises) was just wondering about Polished saying antagonistic pairing xD

    It isn't exactly antagonistic supersetting

    That would be chest/back, quads/hams, biceps/triceps, etc.

    Classes in the morning. Afterwards, walked around campus a bit and hung with some friends.

    Got to to the gym at about 7:00PM

    Seated Rows
    150lbs x 10 x 4 sets

    DB Bench
    30lbs x 15 x 3
    25 lbs x 20

    First time doing ANYTHING for chest in a MONTH. I took a parallel grip here, and the reps were nice, slow, and controlled. It didn't bother the shoulder at all.

    Biceps Machine (with twist)
    80x8

    Preacher Curl Machine
    65x14

    Triceps Straight Bar Cable Pushdowns
    87.5x12
    80x15

    Rear Delt Flyes (DB)
    15x15x2

    Cuban Press
    15x15x2

    L-Flyes
    10lbs x 20 x 2

    Cable External Rotations

    Good workout

    ~3300cals/250+g protein
