Ok so I was too lazy to start a progress diary but I figure it would be one more reason to work out if I knew some of you guys where keeping an eye on this!

A bit about myself for those who don’t know me my name is Marino, I’m 24, I’ve been lifting for about 2 years on and off, recently focusing more on compounds. By this day it’s been about a month and a half since my last workout and about 2 months and a half that I trained regulary, im hoping to get back on track starting next Monday.

I was gonna tweak a lil my last routine wich was a modified version of stronglifts but then I found “the wolf’s weightlifting option 2” and fell in love lol, so im gonna do that instead!(thanks wolf and dodo).
Im gonna try to do the whole 3 days, I say try because I’ve been working a lot lately like 12 to 13 hours a day (that’s the reason I haven’t trained), so ill have to get up at 5am on training days  Cry
Enough writing! I leave you guys with my last stats!

Current BW=68kg

Goals:

2XBW Deadlift
1.5XBW Squat
2XBW Squat
1.5XBW Bench
1.5XBW BOR
BW Press
20kg Added on Dips

Current stats: (last month….)
110kg Deadlift
105kg Skwat
80kg Bench
75kg BOR
50kg Press
15kg Added on Dips

    A couple questions:
    1. Kilos or pounds?
    2. How expensive is protein powder in mx?

Dollar is like 1: 13.50 pesos, so the protein would be at about 48 dollars for 5 pounds, which is....the same if not cheaper than what we get here.

Ok so I got the chance to do my first workout last night, it felt so fucking good!!! I’ve missed it so much!!

    Here’s how it went:
A Squats 5X5 – 70 felt kinda heavy but ill try 80 next time
    B1 Bench Press 3X8 – 40 too easy next time 50..
B2 Bent Over Rows 3X8 – 40 to0 easy next time 50… but supersetting with the bench made me breathe heavily hahah
    C Military Press 3X8 – 30 ok..
D1 Dumbbell Curls 3X10 – 12 tougher than I thought its been almost a whole year since I did some curls, but I do feel my arms are lacking
D2 Hanging Leg raises 3X12 – BW mm they weren’t that hard but I didn’t extend my legs I did them with my knees gonna try progressions!

and for dinner half a liter of milk, a cup of raw oats, 2 plums and a scoop of whey postworkout
