Well so I decided to join the United States Marine Corps. I have spoken to a recruiter and signed the papers. This blog will be about my training for boot camp (as I want to get the highest score possible if not maximum). I will try to update every 2-3 days. Maybe daily if I get in the rhythm. Check the last post by me on this topic for most recent update. Old topic/blog: CLICK HERE FOR MY OLD BLOG INTRO

As a father- I would be appalled to hear, see or even consider that any man was talking about my daughter this way - let alone in a public fourm.
And I think it prudent to consider that this website also has women as daily users.
On topic, your work out structure is something to be admired.

Dude, no offence but you are such a gym rat, lol!
How much time do you spend in a gym, I can't believe it, I spend less than 3 hours a week in there and always feel like I could do less but you must be in there all the time, I feel for you.
Don't you work out your legs at all, btw? You look great on that second photo but your legs look like they could do with a bit more on them.

@Hollis: No offence taken lol .. yea I spend a lot of time at the gym.. this is ognna be a long paragraph but it's 11pm and tomorrow is saturday, so nothing to do... I started back in freshman year. I wasn't fat, but I wasn't skinny. I didn't like my body, honestly. Wasn't perfect enough . So yea, I just began working out not really knowing what I was doing... working several body parts at once ect... not doing cardio, horrible diet. I did make decent gains, but not as good as I could have. Then sophomore year (10th grade) was kinda the same deal as fresh but with more knowledge.. gained a lot of strength that year but still no cardio. junior i gained tons knowledge n stuff so I got myself some cardio and epic nutrition, as well as other things. really slimmed down from 197 to like 170s and low 180s. right now im at 172lb i think, and with 9% bf The reason why I worked out from 3-5pm in my fresh & soph year were: I had nothing else to do after school (oter than play online games -_-) so I just worked out until 5 and took the 6pm bus home. My parents were also together at the time, so coming home meant seeing them argue all the time -.- For junior year, I started attending both day (normal) school & night school.. on certain days it means i'm at school from 7am to 9pm. normal school ends at 2:45pm, night school starts at 5:15pm. during those 2 hours I work out. This is the same deal for my current year, senior. I try to make the best of it but man it's pretty boring. it's like living rocky's life.. training alone, in the cold, in the dark literally -.-. every kid (except one) leaves the gym at 4pm, where as I stay for an hour (and sometimes 1:30hr) longer. but hey, along the road there have been rewards.. which have been mainly me gaining tons of knwoledge about the human body and nutrition.. as well as seeing the physical rewards part of it.. about the second picture: nope, i don't workout legs at all. they are proportioned/symmetric with the rest of m ybody tho.. naturally. genetics I guess. also, that picture was taken during summer, i was really dark.. and lost some muscle mass. I will try to take a new one o.o @rcht: Sorry that I came off that way. Didn't intend to. I will try to not post perverted comments in the future. She's kinda close enough to my age so oh well. ------------------------------- October 14, 2010Written: oct 15 at 11pm Was pretty boring. Did my usual work outs and stuff. Decided to take a 30 minute break at 4:30pm, so I went outside and sat on the benches enjoying the cool breeze. decided to go back into the school at around 5:10pm.. for night school. on my way there a group track girls were coming out of the gym. one said "bye barley, bye boyfriend" as the group passed by me lol. it was obviously directly towards me, as there were no other guys in the area. interesting -_-... i tried looking back to see which it was but couldn't really identify any girl >.< so i went to my class, only to find out that there was no night school for tonight.. due to "pe night". i had no ride, so ONCE AGAIN i had to walk home 2-4 miles... which is kinda boring, but doable. took me around 50 something minutes. decent cardio, i think? if you walk it fast. October 15, 2010written: 11pm wasted today. did nothing. played an online game the whole freaking day. on the other hand, I had nothing to do. It's my off day after all... i think. i didn't eat too bad like i usually do on weekends. oh, and i didn't attend school today cuz i was too lazy... overslept, too sleepy.. LIFE.

January 1-10, 2011
meh where to start
the new years was good. celebrated it down in miami. it was 77 farenheit. real cool relaxing breeze. was a fun party. was in miami until the 3rd when ihad a flgiht back north. didn't work out much while i was in miami due to lazyness. I stayed around the same weight range but dropped some muscle and replaced with fat. however as soon as i got back i regained everyone i had lost (muscle) and im trimming down the fat once again -.-.
working out is still boring as shit and nearly the same thing from day-to-day. however back when i was in miami i noticed something different. i had a mirror to look at myself while working out (there is no mirrors at the school gym, where i workout). i noticed that ai was maogst the top 3 most ripped dudes there... and there were alot of people... i didn't notice that my deltoids were that defined... i knew i knew i looked good working out but not that good. perfect upside down triangle. soz if this sounds asshilish. but anyways this surprised me. another thing hat surprised me was that there were no people my age in the gyms i visited. nope. no pretty girls to look at. i really missed that. so when i got back to my schools gyms i really took advantage of this.... that it's my last year here...
well some good news is that i joined this group thing where there are 10 dudes and 30-40ish girls.. all of them are dancers nad real pretty..nice bodies... around my age... so yea.. that's good.. a lot of contact... but yea life is still shit. thinking what the fuck im gonna do after i graduate from high school.... well at least i've one thing going for me and that's my physique... throughout all these tough and boring years I've kept one thing consistant: exercise.
this weekened was horrible. i exercised only once (sunda) but the other days i just stayed home and ate like 20 coke's ina day... well.. drank.. sorry.. not ate.. dont feel like dletien g it... too lazy.. okay. well so i was lazy n stuff. oh and i almost forgot. went toexercise on sunday 9pm and ther ewas this asian chick... early 30s?... well she was doing some weird ass yoga moves.. most of them looked kinda sexual as she was getting into positions... but yea, i was just doing my thing and she was to my left inf ront of the apartment gym mirror.... was a little weird but watever, it kept me interested and i was able to survive my workout. did like 10 mins of cardio before meself got real bored. and left lol.
today is monday and i cant wait to get down to the gym to exercise for 2 hours... and after that, stay for antoehr 4 hours at school... for night school!!! weeee... well at east ihope there are some pretty girls today at the gym.. to look at... and satisfy my happiness.. or what's left of it... mmm...
i've to change something... i now what it is, i know how to, but i cant get myself to do it..
hope you enjoyed the real. that's me, i'm real. no bullshit.

Man we only have one life so enjoy it to the maximum, I also like going to the gym and stuff but there are things way more important than that. And you have to find those important things to you, wether its friends or school or girls, anything is fine and nobody will judge them.
Think about what you'll do after highschool, think about what you like, be honest with yourself and go for it without hesitation. I think your problem is self confidence, you don't trust yourself and that's not good. "well at east ihope there are some pretty girls today at the gym.. to look at..." To look at? Screw that! Introduce yourself, flirt with them, in other words have fun!!!

Yea, you never said an Asian chick, "who was married".. Who cares if she's 30ish. Still Asian, and still flexible. Get it. Do pulldowns with houses like I do. She'll want.
Also(and srsly), be like the moon and have general appropriate conversation. Open ended questions, and ask of her interests or things she has with her. If she asks about you just say something like "I'm not interested in me, I'm interested in you" followed with an extended blink with a smile. Then say, "but seriously, ...". the "..." is when you say a couple sentences about you. Nothing more.
Oh, and learn to smile at girls and make eye contact as you pass. That alone got me a conversation with an adorable sweet girl at the college(who sadly had a boyfriend). It can really take that little.
Protip: all girls are crazy and irrational. Don't expect them to be big into reasoning.

You should listen to moon. He knows his stuff. Were it not for his lack of interest in such matters, he would get laid day and night.

Both Moon and Nick are right. Although Moon has nothing to back up his claims. you only have one life, LIVE it. Go join a sports club or something. If you want a girl you've got to actually meet them somewhere. Just generally do things that you like and live by the day. Don't hesitate when you want to try somrthing out, it's more exciting that way.

january 10-25
okay. I've a bad memory so keep that in mind. My memory isn't that bad, but don't expect me to remember a minute detail from over 2 months ago. anyways... oh, and the grammar isn't perfect (on purpose, I don't wanna waste too much time on it) but it's legible
this past week i haven't worked out at all! my body hasn't changed too much - dont understand why. i been eating really bad not working out ect. the week before that week I was perfect - worked out every single day and I was very happy with my results. extremely. then i had finals everyday last week. school ended really early though (10:30am, 11am) so that was okay. it was good cuz no school, but bad because I had nothing to do until 5pm, where I had to go to night school (mon-thurs). boring as always. wasted my time being on the computer in the inbetween hours. such a waste of time it is to spend your whole day on the computer -.-
there was no school today monday. institude day - day for teachers to have meetings and talk about a ubnch of crap. tomorrow is the start of second semester.. which means new classes, new schedules, and new classmates. im hoping itll be a change of pace. something to look forward to (being in X class) instead of the opposite. at least tomorrow should go by quick considering all the new stuff. meh, some hot girls 'n stuff.
mm. the lifting girls up (physically) thing I was in, im still in it. we havent had practice in the last week due to the weird finals schedule. we will have practice this week on wednesday. should be fun so im looking forward to that. a shitload of body contact (every part, and i mean it) so umm ye. sad part is i wont be able to attend it because im in night school, and i already took up my 1 absence (1 more = dropped from the program, cant afford that).. meh.. i might go check it out during the 15-30 minute break. stupid life
couple of things i been thinking: you know how a lot of people come up to you (well me at least) and start talking to you because of your physique. they look at you a lot because of your physique. this makes me wonder, what if I had nothing? would they still be as friendly? sucks that society cares so much about how someone looks and less about who someone actually is. 2 weeks ago some freshman/soph kid came up to me saying how ripped i was ect.. asking how long i been working out for... meh i answered all his shit and stuff.. but at the same thing, you have to realize that all this shit -this physique- can only last for so long. what matters is what is inside.
lastly. well this girl that i've had my locker next to for the past 4 years.. well, she is in varsity cheerleading. she is friendly and seems mature unlike most of the senior girls in my school (then again I don't really knwo them, so who am i to judge). by friendly i dont mean sluttish friendly, but a good person. well ever since i, and this 30-40 girls thing, performed in front of the whole school shes been talking to me inbetween classes. when we have to get our shit from the locker. small, friendly, talk. she has a really nice body if any of you are wondering, hourglass. green eyes, blonde hair, good lips. FML. umm, white. but that's not what I care about.. ther eare many girls like that that I often find checking me out... what I care about more is how she is friendly, and seemingly more mature than the rest. like someone you could have an actual life conversation about (and not "who is dating who", "i heard this and that", ect). rare thing to find in highschool. i've been talking to her as well and smiling. we will see where this leads to, if it leads to anything.
thats pretty much it. my ipod's headphones are broken, gotta find new ones or use some old ones. today i got a haircut so im looking pretty fly/flesh/cut. cant wait to workout tomorrow.

Feb 1 to Feb 19th (today) Hey everyone . Been almost a month since the last blog. Can't remember that much from the beginning of feb but tat's probably because there was nothing eventful. Been working out mon-thurs 2hrs a day as always. for some reason there seems to be a lot more people coming to the gym when compared to a month, 2 months ago. prob cuz summer is coming and kids realize they wanna get "in shape". about a week/2 weeks ago i decided i was goign to seriously get a 6-pack ASAP. so i started doing 1hr ab work outs (for the 2nd half of my 2hr workout thing) and man it has paid off lol. dunno why or what but i just know it this. this is just after 1 week of trying my new routine. flexing: (right click -> view image for full size) i was sooooooooooooooooooooo happy when i took this picture lol. it's like MY GOAL SICNE I BEGAN WORKING OUT... i finally saw it. even though i was flexing, the packs were really easy to see. just made m wanna keep on the routine. then about some days ago i was an idiot and ate burger king: double wopper+french fries ... my eating hasnt been perfect since then. oh well. butt starting the upcoming monday, feb 21st, i WILL stick to my new routine! even if i have to abandon my arms, back, lats, ect.. i will get a 6-pack (no, not the skinny 6. a real one!!)!!!! yesterday night me and my dance thing (not dance, but we, guys, lift up the girls inthe air) went to this huge high school to a "dance compettion". there were like 4-5 other high schools there and the thing was really fun. tons of girls and there wer only like 20 guys, 7 of the guys were us (me and the guys in our group). was really fun lol. cuz all the girls were in seperate rooms changing and eveyrthing. we went around had fun ect. we also blew out the competition imo. fun as hell. tons of hot girls. tons of fun . wish i had my 6-pack... ffs.. girls were running around in bras and see-through tights... im not joking about this part lol.. all the guys had lots of fun. we had a small locker room but right next to ours (there was a door inbetween our locker n the next) were girls from anohter school. we opened the door on accident several times lol. got some cool sights ... really fun night. lasted about from 5pm to 10pm this whole ordeal. i also turned 18 this month all comments welcomed
