    Body fat ~8.6%         

    Been a little stuck on my DL, guessing because I'm doing loads of cardio (which is still my priority).

    Why still prioritizing cardio when you're already at single digit BF?

    Well I slipped up to ~10 over the holidays, and still would like to stick ~7-8%. I've made some big gains, and being able to see them was always a big motivator. Physique change was big enough that I'd like to stay lean, and focus there, while still gaining Wink

    Also finishing up my thesis, which is extremely stressful, so I know my recovery ability is pretty poor at the moment. Cardio helps relieve stress for me. Lifting does as well, but it puts demands on my body to recover that I don't think it can really handle with all the stress and sleep deprivation.
