Nah, I was standing in the door with my gym-bag when my mom came home and asked me and my brothers to have dinner with her at our favourite place.

And as I still have DOMS from Wednesday and didn't wanna be in such a rush for the workout I decided to not give a damn and do it tomorrow instead  Cool

Friday Saturday: Shoulders & Legs & Abs

30 mins of cardio on the crosstrainer - 1,44 km

3 sets of alternate shoulder press - 12 x 15,0 + 12 x 15,0 + 12 x 15,0
3 sets of vertical barbell row - 12 x 20 + 12 x 20 + 8 x 25 (excluding bar)
3 sets of butterfly reverse - 12 x 60 + 8 x 65 + 8 x 70

4 sets of leg press - 12 x 70 + 12 x 80 + 12 x 90 + 12 x 100
4 sets of glute kickbacks - 12 x 85 + 12 x 85 + 12 x 85 + 12 x 85
4 sets of calf raises - 12 x 55 + 12 x 60 + 12 x 65 + 12 x 70

3 sets of crunches - completed
3 sets of bicycles - completed

Today's workout was okay, 93% power  Roll Eyes

Had to trick myself to do the full 30 mins of cardio, was a little demotivated and powerless in the beginning - I thought :"Ahh, only around 20 mins today...." but then I always tell myself to do just another 2 mins, then another 2 - "Wow you've got 20 mins already, that's 2/3 of cardio, now you can do the last 10 mins either....  Tongue

Monday: Chest & Triceps & Abs

15 mins of cardio on the crosstrainer - 0,8 km

4 sets of standard bench-pressing - 12 x 40 + 12 x 45 + 10 x 50 + 6 x 55 & 6 x 50
4 sets of incline bench-pressing - 8 x 40 + 12 x 40 + 12 x 40 + 10 x 42,5 (first set bad grip I think)
4 sets of db press - 12 x 15 + 12 x 15 + 12 x 15 + 12 x 15

3 sets of dips - 11 x BW + 7 1/2 x BW + 7 1/2 x BW  Cheesy
3 sets of db triceps extensions - 12 x 17,5 + 12 x 20 + 12 x 20
3 sets of cable pulldowns with rope grip - 12 x 45 + 12 x 50 + 8 x 55 & 5 x 45 (all ropes were still in use when I left..)

3 sets of crunches - completed
3 sets of bicycles - completed

Had a fart-a-lot-problem today, ate some sandwich with mayo or s.th. at vocational school, then off to work for 2 hours - bad smelling farts started. When I was doing more intensive but shorter cardio I was holding them back, after those 15 mins I stopped and left the room - left a present though  Evil

Luckily that was the only one at the gym... Pheww!  Grin

No more sandwiches like that for sure, unless I don't need to workout - on Tuesdays  Cheesy
