4 sets of standard bench-pressing - 12 x 40 + 12 x 45 + 10 x 50 + 6 x 55 & 6 x 50
4 sets of incline bench-pressing - 8 x 40 + 12 x 40 + 12 x 40 + 10 x 42,5 (first set bad grip I think)
4 sets of db press - 12 x 15 + 12 x 15 + 12 x 15 + 12 x 15
3 sets of dips - 11 x BW + 7 1/2 x BW + 7 1/2 x BW

3 sets of db triceps extensions - 12 x 17,5 + 12 x 20 + 12 x 20
3 sets of cable pulldowns with
rope grip - 12 x 45 + 12 x 50 + 8 x 55 & 5 x 45 (all ropes were still in use when I left..)
3 sets of crunches - completed
3 sets of bicycles - completed
Had a fart-a-lot-problem today, ate some sandwich with mayo or s.th. at vocational school, then off to work for 2 hours - bad smelling farts started. When I was doing more intensive but shorter cardio I was holding them back, after those 15 mins I stopped and left the room - left a present though

Luckily that was the only one at the gym... Pheww!

No more sandwiches like that for sure, unless I don't need to workout - on Tuesdays
