Well as the title gives away, in this topic I'll post pictures of my progression.
Obviously there isn't much use in doing this weekly so I'll update this roughly every month orso.

I will also mention date and pose.
And some of these I'll also put in my picture file on my profile.
My (small) history:
Well I'm Ruben, I used to do martial arts for a total of 9 years. (kickboxing, thaiboxing, taekwondo)
Also about 2-3 years of squashing and running.
Educating: I'm studying Economic-mathematic.
