Well as the title gives away, in this topic I'll post pictures of my progression.
Obviously there isn't much use in doing this weekly so I'll update this roughly every month orso. Smiley
I will also mention date and pose.
And some of these I'll also put in my picture file on my profile.

    My (small) history:
Well I'm Ruben, I used to do martial arts for a total of 9 years. (kickboxing, thaiboxing, taekwondo)
Also about 2-3 years of squashing and running.
    Educating: I'm studying Economic-mathematic.

    Upto December 25th, 2009:

    BDB 25th december

    Latspread:   20th november

    No real pose 25th december

Pose photographer told me to.  October

2 Years ago I did purely purely cardio and sometimes I was hanging around the weights, fooling around. Cheesy
After about half a year, I nearly stopped doing cardio in the gym completely and started focussing on the weights. Smiley

Main reason I posted 2 pictures of latspread is because the light on the oldest one isn't that great.

How long have you been doing weights then? Because the kickboxing, thaiboxing and running would have kept you fit and strong and at a low enough body fat so you were probably already at a good level before you started weights  Wink

Well I started thouching them about 2 years ago, but I was really messing around. About a year and a half ago I collected enough knowledge to my standards to start gaining some real muscle and strength. Smiley

@ ADAM those are damn hairy, it's horrible to watch imo. Cheesy

Today's workout was pretty good and I remember it, so I figured I'd just post it. Smiley

    Bench:
    25*20
    8*60
    8*70
    6*80
    4*90
    2*100
    1*102.5
    1*105
    1*107.5 (equal to my PR)
    25*60 (really fun to do)

Squat (smith machine).  The '°' sign is the weight of the smithmachine-bar, which is 15kg:
    10*0°
    6*40°
    4*60°
    2*80°
    2*90°
    1*100°

    Weighted dips:
    12*BW
    10*BW+10
    8*BW+16
    8*BW+26

    Overhead tricep dumbell extension:
    12*12
    10*29
    10*31
10*34 (stupid dumbells don't come heavier in the gym Sad)

    Ez barbell curls:
    15*8 (empty bar)
    5*28
    5*30.5
    5*33
    5*35.5
    5*38

Good training, nice guys were spotting on bench press, very pleasant! Smiley

    Edit: all weights are kg.
