Today: Very sore triceps which is lovely, and strangely enough my pecs not that sore actually. Quads are a bit medium-sore.

I haven't tried 1RM for BOR but I can do 70 for 8 reps.

I memorized the formula of some calculator posted on these forums lol. It's: weight x (reps x 0,033 +1) = 1RM

The last part is +1 lb, so I don't think it works for kgs.
