    Na, I do a push/pull split normally, but I slightly altered it for the vacation. But posting it everytime would take alot of time. :0

    Very sore triceps which is lovely, and strangely enough my pecs not that sore actually.

    The last part is +1 lb, so I don't think it works for kgs. Cheesy

    1000x(10x0,033+1)=1330
    1330 pounds = 603,277852 kilograms
