Trained today. Nicely pumped etc. Also, today my order was delivered. Being isolate and glucosame (and a shaker and a sample). So Ruben happy!

Worked up to 8x70 bench. Small note on bench, I do it with 0 leg drive for the time being.

    Pretty easy.

    Needed:
    Pangasius filet
    1 lemon
    Microwave steampot
    Pepper
    Lemongrass (powder)
    White wine (or water)

Put the filet in the pot. Do some zeste of the lemon over the filot. Squeeze the lemon over the filet. Pour some white wine in the pot (basically beneath the fish, as it is a steaming pot). Put it in the microwave for 1.45 min (on 750 watt), get it out, put lemongrass powder on it and some nice twists of pepper. Again 1.45 min and you're done. Damn it was guuud.
(optionally you could put the lemongrass and pepper in at the start)

Yeah, ate pegasus aswell a while ago, was tasty, slightly chewy though. Downside is you can only eat him once!
