flat bench press - warmups, 3x5-8
yates rows - warmups, 3x5-8
incline bench press - 3x8-12
bent-over bb rows (wider grip for upper back emphasis) - 3x8-12
db curls (with supination) - 3x8-12
rope pushdowns - 3x8-12
reverse flys - 2x8-12
Workout B
(weighted) chinups - (warmups), 3x5-8
(weighted) chest dips - (warmups), 3x5-8
upright rows (wider grip) - 3x8-12
military press - 3x8-12
incline hammer curls - 3x8-12
skullcrushers - 3x8-12
lateral raises - 2x8-12
Abs
Crunches
Bicycles
Planks or leg raises
