Back/Bicep
11/21

Weighted Pull-Ups  3x8 - 10lbs
DB Row 3x9 - 40lbs
Face Pulls 5x8 - 42.5lbs
DB Curls 3x7 - 25lbs
Shrugs (machine?)  3x8 - 190lbs
Hammer Curls 3x6 - 25lbs

IN THAT ORDER

It was a good start to GOMAD increased in everything except curls.  Not expecting too much gains on pull ups because my weight will continue to increase, making them harder.

Feeling a little naseous right after drinking some milk, mostly because i was sick a week ago and neglected eating alot so i'm not used to it yet.

GOMAD was meant to do in combination with a FB workout, just saying.

I know, but the stronglifts is not what i'm looking for atm.  I took the most important part, squats and am going to try and do them 3x a week.

    Did legs today

    squat - 1x5, 1x5, 1x3, 1x5, 1x4  - 170lb  (struggled on 2 sets and couldn't get 5 reps)
    SLDL 5x5 - 150lb
    leg curl 3x6 - 130lb
    stand calf raise 3x7 - 260lb
    sit calf raise 3x8 - 150lb

Decent workout, my stomach was a little bothersome but not a big deal.

yesterday i only got 3/4 Gal down.  Woke up at 1 and had to drink 3/4 gal in like 6 hrs and my stomach couldn't handle it.  Dry heaved twice but luckily nothing came out.  didn't bother with the 1/4 gal, rather miss that than blow chunks and lose 1/2 gal.  Maybe the GOMAD monster has taken another victim Smiley

    Worked out chest/tri today.

    Bench 5x5 - 125lb
    weighted chest dips 3x6 - 20lb
    cable flys 3x8 - 15lb
    tri pushdown rope 3x5 - 45lb

    solid workout felt good.

it doesn't really matter.  you're not going to instantly lift more just by drinking a crapload of milk in a day. Smiley

i meant in a day.  i thought he asked about putting his stats up for the day before GOMAD, and the day of GOMAD.  obviously a difference won't be made after a day.  i'm also not sure if the 135x3 to 225x4 in 5 months is because of GOMAD or not, could likely be a coincidence.  also, noob gains are always extremely impressive.
