So I'm finally back at school and in the swing of things. I've made amazing progress since my last journal (

So here's my first post of the new journal. My program has changed again. I still do the 4 weeks 8-12 reps, 4 weeks heavy cycle, but i only lift 4 days a week as follows:
Monday: Upper body 1
Tuesday: Lower body 1
Wednesday: Abs
Thursday: Upper body 2
Friday: Lower body 2
I started my heavy month yesterday with upper body 1, and here's how I did!
