    So I'm finally back at school and in the swing of things.  I've made amazing progress since my last journal  ( http://www.askscooby.com/progress-diaries/tiddy's-journal/60/ )

    I'm going to (hopefully) be able to be more active in the community again!  It's great to see all the new people on here

    So here's my first post of the new journal.  My program has changed again.  I still do the 4 weeks 8-12 reps, 4 weeks heavy cycle, but i only lift 4 days a week as follows:
    Monday: Upper body 1
    Tuesday: Lower body 1
    Wednesday: Abs
    Thursday: Upper body 2
    Friday: Lower body 2

    I started my heavy month yesterday with upper body 1, and here's how I did!

    2.)Increase weight on all my lifts after every 8 week cycle
    3.)Do work!

    I did one of my lower leg workouts (quad focus) and the my 2nd upper body day.  My other leg day is hamstring focused, and im still recovering from a pulled hammy so im taking one more week off of that!
