    OMG IM NEARLY DEAD Cheesy

    Just did this:

    20 jumps
    30 jumps
    40 jumps
    50 jumps
    80 jumps
    50 jumps
    40 jumps
    30 jumps
20 jumps (with about 15 extra "one jumps" straight after just because it was the end Cheesy )

My calves are dead I swear Angry Grin

Btw I did all the jumps like "jump over rope, little jump little jump, jump over rope etc.." and also a 10 - 15 second break between each set Smiley

Half way through thought I'd just go all out and see how many I could do consecutively and I managed 80, woo Grin Cheesy

Actually there is no "best" time. I always do my (slow and steady) cardio after the actual workout though. To cool down and to burn some unwanted fat.

For real weight loss I'd increase the amount of cardio as well as the speed.

Fair enough, was just wondering whether its best to do it first thing with an empty stomach? Just before a meal? Just after a meal?
