This has been one of my favorite recipes as of today. (first time making it) Kudos to Polished for inspiring me with his delicious pork recipe (check it out if you havent already!)
What you need: 530g Pork tenderloin: 580 cals 108 g protein Tbsb olive oil - 150 cals Pam 2 small Apples (w/e kinds you have available, I just used red) tbsb corn starch Cinamon Stevia (optional)
Cooking the tenderloin is a skill, you need to be carful to not make it tough as a tire. Here's what I do, I pam up and put the oil in the skillet, make it really hot. After its well heated, I reduce heat to medium (my cuts were thicker, reduce to low if you have thinner cuts), then I placed the pork in the skillet. They should be SIZZLING in the pan as soon as you put them in. I covered the skillet with a dish. Wait till one side is golden, then flip, when other side is golden, turn off skillet but KEEP THE PORK on, the meat will cook internally and this vital to keeping it tender without over/undercooking.
While the pork is cooking, slice up your apples, put them in a separate skillet with a bit of water, when they are simmering, add tbsb corn starch, cinamon, and optional stevia. reduce heat and let simmer until thickened.
Once you have completed these tasks, you're ready to enjoy!
Macros: 850 cals, 108 g protein adjust your portions accordingly!
