Ingredients/Macros2 cups non-fat cottage cheese = 320 calories/60g protein
200g sliced strawberries = 65 calories
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar = 10 calories
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sprinkle of black pepper
4-6 tablespoons Stevia/0-calorie sweetener

~400 calories/60g protein. Perfect for your last meal of the day before bed!
DirectionsBegin by slicing your strawberries and placing them in a medium sized bowl. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sweetener over the top of them and mix; this will start some juices to leave the slices. Next, pour your balsamic vinegar over them and mix to combine with sweetener. Once well combined, crack some fresh black pepper over the top; trust me, this will give a nice kick!
In a separate bowl, put your cottage cheese, vanilla extract (be careful, too much will make it quite bitter) and sweetener. Mix thoroughly; it will taste a little more like vanilla ice cream now =) Blend it before hand and chill if you'd like. When mixed, place strawberries on top and enjoy!
Feel free to add a little whipped cream on top
