For all you banana lovers, I bring you Banana cheesecake.

    Ingredients:

    Crust:
    • 200g Whole Wheat Biscuits ->click me<-
    • 2 Eggs

    Filling:
    • 4 containers (250g / container) of (FF) Cream cheese/quark/cottage cheese (whatever you have available)
    • 4 Eggs
    • 80g Cane sugar
    • 5x Banana
    • Tablespoon of cinnamon
    • Tablespoon of lemon juice

    Optional:
    • 1-2 Tablespoon of Cocoa on top
    • 250g Blueberries

    Directions:

    Crust:
    • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350F
    • In food processor blend the biscuits until powder. Add 2 eggs and blend again. It will create very sticky, so be careful.
    • Spray your cake form with PAM and spread in the crust mixture evenly.
    • Place it into oven for 10 minutes.

    Filling:
    • Mix the cream cheese, eggs and sugar in big bowl.
    • In food processor, blend 3 bananas with cinnamon & lemon juice until it becomes nice puree.
    • Mix the puree with the cream cheese mixture.
    • Slice two bananas.
    • Your crust should be done about now, place the sliced bananas on the crust and then pour in the cheese mixture.
    • Return into oven for another 50-60minutes.
    • Let it cool and place it into refrigerator for AT LEAST 5 hours.

    Photos:

It might look like it's "burnt" on top, but that's just the melted cocoa. I'm a crap photographer.

If I were to use my kashi golean cereal for the crust, would I still use 200grams of that?

Definitely gonna try it, since I have all the ingredients available at home.

Just, I suppose 1 container stands for 250g, doesn´t it?

P.S. Zeptám se česky, protože anglicky bych se nevyjádřil - Myslíš, že to půjde se skleněnou formou na bábovku? Smiley

I haven't used oats but biscuits, such as:

And yes, try to blend the cottage cheese until smooth first, it might help actually.
