Hi everyone I’ve found the Bodybuilders recipe book. In this book the autor who is also a bodybuilder describes us some of his better recipes for bodybuilding. I know what you are thinking I’ve heard of that before. But I assure you that this book is not like any of you pick in the library is really different. This book tells you exactly how you can eat to gain muscle and lose fat like you were eating crap. I’m telling you the recipes in this book are really tasty. One of them are Pizza, and Chiken Nuggets. When I hell someone could think that eating pizza and nuggets cant make you gain muscle and even lose fat. I did it I pick the book and is really helping me . I Could tell you more but maybe is better if you watch it. http://www.anaboliccooking.com/index.php?hop=locazo23

Thank for the suggestion but it looks very dodgy to me, i would rather just have my cup of oats with a banana and egg whites than some blueberry muffins..

Ya the site looks dodgy but the recipes are not that bad. Like most cook books you really only use 10 to 15 recipes and the rest you may try once if you are dedicated. Same goes for this one.
If you like to cook and want ideas on how to cook for a bodybuilder it not a bad book. Cooking can be a great hobby.

very iffy....in one of scooby's nutritional vids, he says you have to think of food as fuel...basically keeping food pretty bland in the beginning...but after, you could pull stuff like furious pete http://www.youtube.com/user/furiouspete123

The site does look incredibly iffy, and the prices for the "components" are pretty steep too. Remember that anything which is trying to sell a product is going to gear it towards the positives and maybe skip over important information and skip over the negatives. I'm guessing some books on healthy eating and healthy cooking would be more beneficial and would come to probably 1/4 the price of that. Books like Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's River Cottage books and Jamie Oliver's Recipe books (to name a few famous ones) would be really advantageous. I also have one of Fearnley's books which is dedicated to meat cooking and how to cook all the different types of meat properly without making them taste poor. Here are some links to the books that I think will be more beneficial to the link in the OP: http://www.amazon.com/River-Cottage-Meat-Book/dp/1580088430/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285593938&sr=1-1http://www.amazon.com/River-Cottage-Cookbook-Hugh-Fearnley-Whittingstall/dp/1580089097/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285593938&sr=1-2http://www.amazon.com/Hugh-Fearlessly-Eats-All-Gastronomic/dp/0747589259/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285593938&sr=1-4http://www.amazon.com/Jamies-Food-Revolution-Rediscover-Affordable/dp/1401323596/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285594041&sr=1-1http://www.amazon.com/Jamie-Home-Cook-Your-Good/dp/1401322425/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285594041&sr=1-3http://www.amazon.com/Cook-Jamie-Guide-Making-Better/dp/1401322336/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285594041&sr=1-4http://www.amazon.com/Naked-Chef-Takes-Off/dp/1401308244/ref=sr_1_12?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285594041&sr=1-12However, it's not always about how it looks or the price, its about being sensible of how you analyse the information provided. Think realistically, nothing can make you gain stupid amounts of muscle fast apart from Steroids. If your wanting to lose weight, don't go out and buy books on diets, because its not long-term. Instead, buy books on healthy eating and healthy meals with natural ingredients which are geared towards changing your lifestyle long-term. If you're wanting to build huge muscles, don't go out and buy books written by steroid users that say that you can gain huge mass by eating certain foods... because it will be inaccurate, how would they know when all they have used is steroids all their lives?!. Buy books which are geared to natural, healthy lifestyle, protein rich foods and which aim to improve your overall lifestyle over time, not just get you huge muscles. ***NOTE*** The above is just my opinion, it is no way fact. It should also read with an analytical stance. ***NOTE***Scott.

I'd really like to try that Anabolic Cooking book. Scooby got it recommended, I believe it isn't such a hoax as it looks like. The problem is, as a student I simply can't afford 50buck for it... The very few money I make from my part time jobs goes to friday nights, protein powders and basic things to survive .

Try instead a good recipes website like allrecipes.com. They have a large number of recipes and they break down their recipes macro nutrienta. Obviously you need to know the difference between good ingredients but most simple recipes see very easy. As well you can search for recipes based on ingredients you have. Sure they may not have ingredients like protein powder but hey other things see cheaper.
