    Ingredients:
    • 125g Flour (I used whole wheat)
    • 70g cocoa powder
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 2 eggs
    • 170g applesauce
    • 250g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    • 30g (cane) sugar
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda

(I doubled the ingredients because I know the whole family will eat like half of it anyway  Grin)

    Directions:
    1) Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
    2) Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda.
    3) In larger bowl mix eggs, applesauce, yogurt (and vanilla extract if you have)
    4) Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet and keep stiring.
    5) Pour mixture into prepared pan.
    6) Bake for ~ 30-35 minutes.

    Macros:
I cut it into 15 big pieces and it turned out as "180 calories / 10.86g protein / 2.5g fat" per piece.
    Whole double batch - 2706.3 calories / 162.92g protein / 37.52g fat / 429.25g carbs

Looks great, may have to get a few of the ingredients together and give these a go, thanks for sharing.

    Why applesauce and yogurt?

Apple sauce as substitute for butter (was shooting for low-fat this time). Yogurt for extra protein and to make it nice moistly Smiley

Eating them right now-excellent! so the calorie total you got was for double the ingredient amount you listed right? I ask because I added up the caloric total from all the ingredients there and it only came to about 758 grams and 1225 calories

70g (140g double) seems like A LOT of cocoa powder am I reading that right.
we talking about like Nesley's Unsweetend Cocoa Powder. would almost be equal to using a whole can for the one recipe.

This is the one I used. It's not unsweetened. It has 373 calories / 3.7g protein / 1.8g fat per 100g.

Well I actually made about 1.5 batch and used about 50 grams and the cocoa taste was significant but yet not very strong.
