First off, I have to get this out of my system: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS RECIPE - IT'S AWESOME

Now, I used 70g of unsweetened cocoa powder which seems to have some fat in it. However, it turned out INCREDIBLY soft and moist (and *VERY* chocolatey) - even a day after I made it !
Next time, I'll try regular cocoa powder and in exchange I'll leave out the sugar. I hope it still will turn out moist :/
