These look like a really good snack for break time at school! Smiley
Is there something I could replace the protein powder with for similar taste and texture?

I only ask this because I can't find any cheap protein powder in Australia

First off, I have to get this out of my system: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS RECIPE - IT'S AWESOME Cheesy

Now, I used 70g of unsweetened cocoa powder which seems to have some fat in it. However, it turned out INCREDIBLY soft and moist (and *VERY* chocolatey) - even a day after I made it !
Next time, I'll try regular cocoa powder and in exchange I'll leave out the sugar. I hope it still will turn out moist :/

Anyways, thanks again!

Probably the best recipe i have found so far, great work.

PS: i love how you always use the egg yolk instead of the egg white only  Smiley

    Thank you.

Yes, I don't like wasting egg yolks. They are the source of vitamins/fat & some protein in the egg, why waste it?

    I MADE SOME
    THEY ARE BEING EATEN NOW.

Very tasty recipe, tastes just like regular fat people food. I switched the sugar for Splenda, because, why not?
