Very simple although if you have high blood pressure it may be a little high in sodium for you
Here is what you need
1. Chicken (Use your appropriate portion I used about 2oz which is one serving)
2. Cheddar Chesse (1oz or less)
3. Lettuce 
4. Mancini peppers (you can use tomato however Mancini's are significantly sweeter)
5. Hot sauce (this coupled with the cheese and bread makes this a little high in sodium)
6. Two slices of whole grain bread

   Calories: 400 Protein: 30g (13 from the chicken 7 from the cheese and 10 from the bread) Carbs:44-47 Fiber:<6g Fat:12g Most of it is saturated fat I personally believe that saturated fat is beneficial however if you do not simply do not add the cheese and add extra meat.
