Somehow I felt compelled to crush a peppermint Altoid and add it into my coffee to make a peppermint chocolate coffee- didn't work out too well those altoids are strong.
Use less peppermint?

By the way, just an initial stir with only the hot coffee should disolve it suffienciently imo. There's always just a tiny bit that lies on the bottom, which I just eat with a spoon.
