I recently became a full time student so I'm optimizing my cooking

This is the first thing I came up with:
Ingredients:
50g whole wheat spaghetti
1 can of tuna (150g)
150g tomato puree
5ml olive oil
seasoning
optional: capers
Preparation:
Put the pasta in a microwaveable dish with some water and some salt and nuke them for 9-12 min. @ 800W (depending on how 'al dente' you want them to be). While the pasta is cooking, drain the liquid from the can of tuna and put the tuna in a container of your choice. Pour the tomato puree and the olive oil over the tuna. Add seasoning - I recommend the following blend of spices: salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, oregano, basil, garlic powder. Optionally (and I highly recommend it) put some capers in and mix it all up. When the pasta is ready, mix it in as well and make sure you get some of the water the pasta was cooked in into the sauce so it's not too thick (unless you like it that way).
I know the preparation looks like a lot but trust me, it's all done shortly after your pasta is ready.
