Here it goes:
200g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
1-2 teaspoons of tomato paste
salt and pepper
a pinch of sugar
optional: oregano, basil, garlic

Has a nice pizza sauce flavor to it. I could also very well imagine it being used as a dip for carrots, peppers etc. or even tortilla chips.

EDIT: I just cut some tortillas into triangles and baked them in the oven @ 175°C for about 10 min. and they turned out great! Awesome with this dip
