Next in my student meal series:
High Protein BunsIngredients:300g whole wheat flour
200g low-fat quark or low-fat greek yoghurt
80ml skim milk
30ml olive oil (or about 2 US tablespoons o_O)
1,5 packages of baking powder (or 22.5g)
Flavoring:Plain- Salt
Mediterranean seasoning:- salt, pepper
- oregano, thyme, basil, garlic
- some grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:The preparation couldn't be easier. Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Shape them
into buns. Take a baking dish and lightly coat it with some oil. Put your buns in the oven for 20 - 25 min.
