Hi everyone Smiley

Next in my student meal series:

High Protein Buns

Ingredients:
300g whole wheat flour
200g low-fat quark or low-fat greek yoghurt
80ml skim milk
30ml olive oil (or about 2 US tablespoons o_O)
1,5 packages of baking powder (or 22.5g)

Flavoring:

Plain
- Salt Smiley

Mediterranean seasoning:
- salt, pepper
- oregano, thyme, basil, garlic
- some grated parmesan cheese

Maybe I'll come up with some more stuff (or you can add something Smiley), then I'll add it here.

Preparation:
The preparation couldn't be easier. Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Shape them
into buns. Take a baking dish and lightly coat it with some oil. Put your buns in the oven for 20 - 25 min.

234.5 kcal
10.7g protein
33.6g carbs
5.5g fat
4.2g fiber

Now go and make yourselves some goddamn chicken burgers and take 'em to school Smiley
