Ingredients:70g whole wheat pasta
230g non-fat cream cheese
50g frozen peas
chicken or vegetable stock
PreparationYou can do the whole recipe using the microwave. Start by putting the pasta and the frozen peas in a big microwavable bowl. Now pour in just enough chicken broth so the
pasta and the peas are well covered. Nuke that for about 10 minutes @ 800W. When it's done, put the cream cheese in and season with pepper, nutmeg and a little garlic if you like.
