Ingredients:
Carrot juice - 200ml
100% pure cocoa - 5gr
Protein powder - A serving or 21.5gr
Make a mixture of the carrot juice, pure cocoa or cocoa powder and the protein, shake it and you are ready to go.
It's always advisable not to drink the calories, but after I counted everything it seems like a nice cheat meal for me, what are you thoughs?
