Based on your opinion, does the milk and bean smoothie taste any good? It seems very odd to me, but I am open to trying things like that. what's your taste opinion?

Well here is an idea for you. Cook some kidney beans(they absorb flavors and are very mild initally) After they are cooked, smash them and add milk to that, it should make the milk very thick, add sweetener like stevia and vanilla extract, that should cover the taste of the beans or make it taste just as nasty as the last one(based on your opinion)

Dude are you serious?

That sounds like that Bass-O-Matic skit from SNL.  Healthy though; I would definitely try it if I thought I could keep it down! Cheesy

You could always put the banana on the side and have kidney beans instead of regular red beans. Kidney beans are more mild.
I would also could the beans in SOME way. Uncooked beans give off an unpleasant texture.

Also isn't red bean paste salty? If so, DO NOT use any type of salty fish. Use a simple white fish like tilapia.
Chicken meat with it actually sounds pretty good. Just don't go overboard with ingrediants. Sometimes less is more.  Wink
