This is my favorite. Its like the whopper of the middle east, its freakin awesome tasting and you are going to be blessed with a healthier variation of it

What you need:
1 kg (64 oz) boned chicken, cut into finger size slices
1 cups lemon juice
½ cup vegetable oil
a dash of salt (as desired)
a dash of ground white pepper
a dash of ground paprika
a dash of ground mastic
1 tbsp ground 7 spices
What you need to do:
Mix all ingredients above. Soak placed in the refrigerator for 24 hours.Place in an oven tray. Enter tray into a 220°C oven for 45 minutes.
Serve this with baked "fries" , lettuce, pickles or w/e you like on a whole wheat pita and you have a relatively well balanced meal! Enjoy
