Ingredients:

non fat milk
Nut butter(peanut, almond, sunflower, cashew, whatever)
Chocolate Protein Powder
Ground Coffee
Banana

1.  Pour 1 cup of milk into blender
2.  Add banana to blender
3.  Get 3-4 ice cubes and put into blender
4.  1 tablespoon of your NUT butter into blender
5.  Turn on blender
6.  While blending, add protein powder to accomodate protein needs (once the shake is consistent enough not to spray everywhere)
7.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee (to your liking)
