    If you have a sturdy spoon you can mix it with that, it's my preferred method since hand mixing ends up with half the recipe stuck to my hands otherwise. You can mix and match ingredients on these recipes, I would leave the setup the same as far as PB and oats, but I found that water instead of milk can help with spoiling even in the fridge, as it seemed that the milk (even absorbed into the oats and protein powder) seemed to turn a little after a day or two even when it was kept cold. Not a major smell change, but maybe because i was expecting it to happen my imagination helped it along, so YMMV. I would just use enough water instead to mix it properly. If using cocoa, you could also use plain powder.

    i cant find in my country any peanut/nut butter or tahini.

    what other things can i use?

    The but butter is for healthy fats. So use some olive oil (less just a table spoon or 2). Add a little at a time until the thickness is right if you add to much add more powder.
