Mine goes something like this...

1 1/2 cups water
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 scoops whey protein powder or soy (chocolate or strawberry)
2 tsp natural peanut butter (crazy richards) or almond butter
with ice cubes blended for volume

Have half now and put the other half in the freezer for later.

Nutrients go something like this for the full shake with whey and pb... lots of fat from the peanut butter but it makes it a real treat...still tasty without it though.

split in half for one serving
cal 575
fat 18g
sat fat 3g
chol 60mg
sod 100mg
carb 41g
fib 9g
sugar 22g
protein 58g

50g of protein powder
One liter of milk
50g of cocoa powder

Tastes epic, has around 60-70g of protein and has enough energy to qualify as 1,5 good meals.

Oats are good to add to the mix, getting those complex carbs in. It reminded me of something I often make for breakfast, which is protein pancakes.

I blend 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, a scoop of whey and then I chop up strawberries or a banana and add it once I start cooking it on the frying pan. I got the recipe from this guy...

    I do indeed BLEND.

    -2 cups milk
    -140g frozen mango
-1 frozen banana (120g or so)
    -70g frozen strawberries
    -1/4tsp vanilla extract
    -3 tablespoons sweetener

I will add some water and protein powder if I am low on protein for the day, but usually I just enjoy the fruit smoothie and get my protein in at some other point in the day.

Sounds pretty delish!! My only concern would be the sugar with the orange juice but I guess you just have to pick the right one like with peanut and almond butter.

Yea use vanilla protein to forgot put that. 1 little cup OJ isnt going to hurt you. But yes you can buy certain Ojs with low/ no sugar. You can even make your own This is same shake scooby makes i just added almonds healthy fats and calories. But I see that he has now changed his to milk for some reason??? Huh? Huh? Huh? Oh well I drink it everyday for breakfast, But I also change up fruit sometimes and change Oj up with yogurt. every once in a while.

I do not use protein powder so my shake recipe is as follows
    2cups 1%milk
    1 frozen banana
1 and 1/2 tbs of cocoa powder unsweetened

According to my family it is bitter but I think it tastes like chocolate milk.

Ehhh, this doesn't sound too good to me to be honest. This is more like a milk shake than a protein shake. Your getting pretty much all your protein from the milk and with that 1% comes saturated fat you don't need. If you went with fat free you'd eliminate saturated fat (all fat, really) and calories without sacrificing protein.
