Simple and promising. I'll try this in a few minutes when I get hungry.

got a stupid question ... do you scramble the eggs in water?  or do you scramble it before hand and then get them in water with oats?

    Sorry, not actually scrambled.

I just copy pasted the nutrition value of scrambled eggs at www.myfitnesspal.com.

There are several ways to cook eggs without additional oil.
    Choose one:
    1) Use a no-stick pan. Just like fried eggs without oil.
    2) Break the eggs in pan with boiling water and let it cook. It will look like fried eggs because it's actually frying on water, but not on oil.
    3) Cook the entire eggs in a pan with water, then remove the eggshell.

Now, I don't know if anyone tried this recipe. It's very plain, but I like plain food. But you're free to suggest stuff to add taste.

I just cook the eggs and eat with oats. I don't cook the oats. You can try cooking the oats if you prefer.

    Eggs/oats combo is brilliant.

I personally mix eggs with overnight oats and fry it on non-sticking pan without oil.

Plus you can always add other ingredients to make it super-awesome like cocoa powder, honey, chocolate, nuts, maple syrup...
