I used four eggs, salami , scallion , babycorn , mozzerella on top. Just wondering if its good and if it is, i wanted to share with you. Remember with an omelette you can pretty put in whatever you want really

I might as well say it cuz I'm sure a bunch of people will.. it would be better with 4 whole eggs.

I like it. Sometimes its easier to use liquid egg white than whole eggs. Either way a nice omellette hits the spot everytime.

yeah whole eggs make it easier to hold together but the yolk is were the fat is , so bye bye yolk

Actually, if you get eggs from grass fed chickens, the fat profile is actually really good. I eat the yolks for the fats and calories, since otherwise, it gets pretty hard on a paleo diet to hit my caloric needs, esecially since I excersise. Dietary fat is actually quite necessary actually, and if you get the right eggs, like I explained, they carry only carry 28% saturated fat, rest being omega 3 fatty acids, so your really doing yourself no favors from a health standpoint, and also, dietary fat won't be stored as fat, only excess calories. On the other hand, it may be wise from a caloric standpoint, as they do contain fat, and fat contains 9 kcals per gram. I prefer to keep my yolks.

i put some cooked chicken and some mushrooms and 1 tomatoe and some chili it makes my mouth water its delicious i also use egg whites but like u said this aint a egg white vs yolks debate
