This is a recipe a girl (who's also into fitness) told me, at first I was kinda reluctant to try it out, but I'm glad I did! The perfect sweet counteroffer to scooby's eggs!
On a pan (I use a teflon one) just throw:
4-5 egg whites, 1 egg yolk
a good amount of muesli (you know, the breakfast cereal with raisins, dried fruit etc.)
one chopped banana
a table spoon of honey (adjust that to your caloric needs and/or taste)
Would i be able to reheat this.......with a microwave.....

let it cook for about 3-5 mins and the cover it with CINNAMON! How's that for breakfast?!
