Hi!
This is a recipe a girl (who's also into fitness) told me, at first I was kinda reluctant to try it out, but I'm glad I did! The perfect sweet counteroffer to scooby's eggs!
On a pan (I use a teflon one) just throw:
4-5 egg whites, 1 egg yolk a good amount of muesli (you know, the breakfast cereal with raisins, dried fruit etc.) one chopped banana a table spoon of honey (adjust that to your caloric needs and/or taste)
let it cook for about 3-5 mins and the cover it with CINNAMON! How's that for breakfast?!

Thanks for sharing the recipe! I was a little bit sceptical about this, but I tried this today. I have to say, the thread headline is true, YOU'VE GOTTA TRY THIS OUT!!! Amazing taste and very filling. The only thing I did wrong is I used the sweet musli, already containing honey and the complete "product" was too sweet for me. I guess I should try more unflavored musli and it's gonna be perfect! Here's the picture:

maybe it will taste even better, when you mix some fatfree fresh cheese or plain yoghurt in it. So it´s not so dry

And what exactly in the honey would become toxic? It's nothing but various sugars, vitamins, enzymes and trace elements.
The only thing that happens when you heat honey is that you destroy the vitamins and enzymes, rendering it to be nothing much more than a bunch of sugars.

Honey is toxic; to children that is, which gives them infant botulism. Heating not the slightest bit, like Evil said it's renders it into a goop of sugar. The term heating is subjective here, I imagine you heat anything till it becomes black and smoldering it definitely toxic

Honey is only toxic to people with suppressed immune systems (like young children and the elderly), because occasionally some bacteria are trapped in it. The most common one that causes problems is botulism. The dose is so low that the average person would never notice, but it could cause problems with an infant.
I assume most people reading this forum are not infants (though some may be immune suppressed from chemotherapy or many other reasons) so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
