yup, and im sure alot of you already know about this.

All you need is 4-5 egg whites, and " Gimme lean ground sausage"

This sausage brand taste great, made of soy, and has 7G of protein per serving.

Turn stove top to medium heat, and put as much sausage as you want - ( 60 calories-7g of protein per serving) Press sausage as your cooking it. You can with your spatula cut it to tiny bits or chunky pieces, either is fine.

While the sausage is cooking, seperate egg whites and put in a bowl. You can use as many egg whites as you please, i use 4 eggs.

Pour the whites over the sausage and flip here and there until eggs are cooked. The sausage should be cooked all the way .

if you want take a small tortilla "25 fat calories" wrap it up, and you have a breakfast burrito.

GOES GREAT WITH FRANKS RED HOT! Smiley as do mushrooms and any other veggies you like.

Enjoy every one.

1 can a day is okay..The FDA says so..lol if ya trust em Wink    I dont know, I usally take all that scientific research with a grain of salt. I mean it's methyl mercury that they are worried about which is a natural part of our oceans like it or not, all species of fish contain some mercury. The concern is with small children and pregnant woman ingesting to much. Like it or not all the food we consume in one way or the other contains some contaminents. Did you know that bannanas are radioactive? Look it up Smiley

if you are worried about mercury in canned tuna, go for the chunk light variety. I did some research on the topic and several cans of chunk light tuna contain as much mercury as one half can of the regular albacore kind
so i guess if you like your canned tuna solid, you are eating more mercury

Just curious, while we are on the topic of mercury levels in canned fish, I eat fish that is self caught and vacumed packed so i have a full freezer full of tuna, albicore, sand bass, ect.

So my question is, is how much should I eat of it before it becomes unhealthy

self-caught fish I believe will have mercury levels according to where it was caught. if the environment in which you got it was clean, then i wouldnt worry too much about it. i think nowadays most fish have some kind of mercury content, but if you are cooking at home, regular fish is definitely not bad for you. remember, anything in excess is never good

cook on medium heat, put the sausage on the pan and while its cooking, chop it up with spatula. when the sausage is browned add the egg whites on the sausage.
