Ingredients:
1 pound of 97/3 lean ground turkey breast 520 kcals 108g protein
1 whole onion 60 kcals 1g protein
1 tbsp olive oil 120 kcals
1 cup fat free cottage cheese 160 kcals 30g protein
1.5 cups Black beans 360 kcals 18g protein
1/4 cup tomato sauce 40 kcals
2 slices whole wheat toast 160 kcals 10g protein (for the bread I get)
Italian seasoning
2-4 cloves of minced garlic 10-20 kcals
sprinkle of salt
rosemary
black pepper

Totals 1440 kcals 167g protein

Directions:

1. slice the onion in half, then make thin slices the other way
2. medium heat the pan throw in oil (you can also do bacon, pancetta, butter in place of oil)
3. throw that onion and minced garlic in sprinkle the salt (salt=important for the caramalization process)
4. caramelize that bitch
5. In the mean time, make turkey patty, and mix in italian seasoning blend, black pepper, rosemary
6. mix beans, spices and sauce
7. When caramalization is done, cook the patty and heat the beans, set onions off the heat
8. when side 1 of patty is browned, flip, set on cottage cheese
9. When cheese has melted, and patty is cooked, set on plate, add the onions and toast on top, and top with beans

Side with some veggies or potatoes.
