Hello everybody,

a long time reader here and my first contribution to this forums is, surprise, surprise, about food. It is a fast meal, you don't need to be a good cook to make it and it is probably just a variation on something already posted here. I made it yesterday and it was very good. As I do not have the food macro skills, I hope someone can put here some info about the fat, carbs and stuff. Thanks in advance.

Ingredients for 2 person meal:
- 200g of frozen fish (salmon, halibut, pangasius, etc.)
- 200g of (frozen) green beans (fresh are preferred)
- 1 big red pfeffer or paprika
- olive oil
- pepper
- salt
- sweet paprika
- rice (basmati preferable)

You put prepare a tin-foil ground in your pan. Put a bit of olive oil there. Spread the green beans over it. Cut the red paprika into small slices and pit it over the beans. The you cut the fish into pieces of your preferable size. Salt, pfeffer, sweet paprika spice, mostly over fish. A bit of olive oil over everything. Another tin-foil layer to cover it up. Put into a preheated oven (200 °C) for 20-25 min. Then you cook the rice (boiling water, bit of salt, cooking until soft). When cooked, put it on plate. As garnish you can add a piece of lemon with few black/green olives. Serve.

Bon apetit! Wink
