Fast, tasty and nutritious treat

Hi guys. Just found this forum tonight as I was trying to find on Scoobys website how to contact him. Never did find that, but that OK! cuz the reason I wanted to, was just to share a 1 minute recipe of mine before I forget about it and this priceless knowledge is lost forever! Its easy to make, adjustable to your specific nutritional needs, and, the real reason I'm writing about it here is, I can't believe how good it tastes! Its become my substitute for ice cream (which I only allow myself once a month). Prep time, 1 minute. Uses 1 bowl and 1 spoon (a bachelors delight!).
Toasted Wheat Germ 3 very heaping tablespoons
Plain Lowfat Yogurt 5 heaping teaspoons (the calories didn't come out right with nonfat)
Vanilla nonfat coffee creamer 1 Tablespoon (I added this on impulse once when a batch was coming out too thick, and the dish was transformed from just edible to delicious)
stir and eat. Try it and tell me if I'm nuts.

Sounds good. I add apple sauce for sweetness.
