Ok i love peanut butter n jelly sandwiches, but i gotta stop eating all these crazy amounts of peanut butter, so i found some suprisingly good substitutes.
1 would be fat free or low fat creme cheese. Sounds raunchy, but its great. Toast up some bread, spread the creme cheese on and put some jelly on it.
Substitute 2 is cottage cheese, i know this sounds.. disgusting, especialy with jelly, but u gotta try it to judge it.
P.s, make sure you TOAST the bread! or it can get kinda soggy n nasty.
If you guys have any other things u like to put on bread post it here.

What I do is have at least once a month where you eat for one day nothing but peanut/sunflower/almond butters, I get so sick of pb I lay off for a couple of months. PB2 is a dried peanut butter (I know I know just stick with me here) and 85% less calories. Mix two tablespoons with water for only 50 calories compared to 18o calories. http://www.bellplantation.com/If your a serious addict go for Naturally More brand or even Power Butter (32gs for 364 calories) I use cottage cheese on bread along with sour cream, it's pretty good but well its not in the same category for peanut butter.

I just incorporate low fat ( ) peanutbutter in my nutrition. 15 grs (for one sandwich) = 84 kcal. It's so delicious when you first toast bread, and then let the pb melt on it!

i am thankfull for your feedback, but the reason i stay away from peanut butter is because of the fat, almond butter has more fat then peanut butter.
And i honestly do not like low cal peanut butter because of all the chemicals that are in it.
Yes im picky :p
