I made this last night trying to make a cake, but it turned into more of a custard... Tasted really good and it was filling as hell. Its basically the peanut butter chocolate custard cake hybrid topped with pumpkin sauce and butterscotch pudding with optional coconut, almonds and chocolate chips. It symbolizes the child's joy of pounding down a crap of load of candy with the warm spice of fall flavors, symbolizing love. Basically Love with a side of scariness. Very good source of protein. Ate the whole thing, but my impatience prevented picture taking, next time I make it maybe.

Ingredients for cake:
2 cups kashi (see note)
1 cup egg whites
1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt (see note)
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup sweetener
vanilla
cinnamon
2 teaspoons cream of tarter

Pumpkin sauce:
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup milk
maple extract
pumpkin spice
1/4-1/2 cup sweetener

Butterscotch pudding:
1 package of instant sugar free fat free butter scotch pudding mix
serving of semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried coconut
1/4 cup almonds

Directions for cake:
1. preheat oven to 350 degree fahrenheit
2. blend all ingredients together until puree forms
3. grease the pan 9x13 glass brownie pan
4. pour batter in
5. bake for 30-35 minutes
6. prepare sauces while baking
7. take out when done
8. let cool for 5-10 minutes
9. top it with pumpkin sauce then the pudding
10. clean up mess
11. portion the slices as needed
12. enjoy

Pumpkin sauce directions (while baking):
1. mix pumpkin, sweetener, splash of maple extract and milk in small sauce pan and spice to taste
2. put on low medium heat
3. mix it around
4. let cool 5-10 minutes before baking time is up
5. spread on cake

Butterscotch pudding:
1. Follow directions on package
2. mix in a splash of almond extract, coconut, almonds, and chocolate chips and anything else you could possibly think is good within reason
3. top on cake on top of pumpkin

Note: if kashi is not available, use other high protein cereal, oats, or flour, this while be detrimental to macro ratios. To cut calories cut out the coconut, almonds and chocolate chips, to add calories, simply put more things in such as banana, apple, candied bacon, etc.

Macros: 2010 kcals 160g protein, good amount of fiber
