Any body know a low calorie alfredo sauce that is already premade OR have a recipe that only requires 4 or less ingredients(again being healthy) ?  I saw some online involving cottage cheese, skim milk, etc...but they had 10 ingredients(too much hastle)

A traditional Alfredo sauce is made simply by adding cheese and butter to the pasta with some spill-over pasta water... use some good cheese like parm or romano and a bit of extra virgin olive oil...done

dont know how you would make a healthy alfredo, its one of those things that is just bad  Tongue

butter, cream, cheese, parm cheese those are the ingredients and you could use some low cal butter and low fat cheese but its still gonna be on the high side for calories, but just use portion control and eat it very sparingly.
