Healthy and Cheap Beef Stew

Happy New Year everyone! I've not been on the forum in a rather long time, but was having some stew last night and thought it would be a good idea to share the kind that I have.

It doesn't have any nasty seasoning it it, has plenty of vegetables and is extremely cheap to make. You could substiture the beef for chicken, turkey, pork or lamb. Best of all, after spending 10 minutes max preparing it, you can leave it cooking on a low heat for 45 minutes and then serve it up.
