1.3 lbs. Lean Turkey Burger
1-Large Green Bell Pepper
1-Large Sweet Red Bell Pepper
3-Medium Tomato's
5-Stalks Celery
1-Large Sweet Onion
1-15 oz. Can Black Beans (Rinsed heavily)
2-15 oz. Can Kidney Beans (Rinsed heavily)
16 oz. Salsa
2-28 oz. Can low salt Diced Tomato's
-Couple cloves garlic
1-Chili Packet

Cut up veggies to sizes of your liking, place in a 5 QT pan and add salsa, put on very low heat

Pan fry burger till done with no oil and drain, add to veggies along with everything else

Stew on low heat for 60 to 90 minutes (to your liking of veggie crunchiness) I heat it for about an hour, I like my veggies crunchy

This fills the pan completely, makes 12 servings of 1.5 cups each

Amt per serving
4 gms fat
29 gms carbs
240 cal
16 gms of protein

This is a low-fat, bean rich, recipe I been making for 5 years. I eat 1 serving for a few days and freeze the rest in 1 serving size 4ml poly bags

That is my largest size pan I have at my home, you could really use one a bit larger and would make things a bit easier, but it does fit !!!
