okay, this is something I really enjoy after a good hard workout.

what you need:
1 lb baking potatoes 300 calories, idaho, russet, w/e you prefer (adjust amount to your macros)
Greek Yoghurt or fat free sour cream - the former gives more protein, the latter gives more authenticity
turkey bacon
optional: Kraft Fat Free shredded cheese

Instructions:  give the potatoes a head start by microwaving them for about 2-2 1/2 minutes.
preheat the oven to 375, spray pam in the aluminum foil which you will use to wrap the potatoes.

with a fork, poke about 8-12 holes in the potato to allow air flow, don't over do it though!

after about an hour (maybe less, maybe more) , or whenever golden, take them out of the oven.  let them cool for a bit

form an x shape cut, sprinkle, put 1-2 tbsb of Greek Yoghurt and sprinkle 1/4 cup FF cheese.  top with 2 - 4 slices turkey bacon.  this is so tasty I absolutely love it!

Macros: per potato:  1 potato(medium) : 220 cals 4 g protein
1 tbsb greek yoghurt: 30 cals 3 g protein
4 slices turkey bacon: 70 cals 7 g protein
shredded cheese: 45 cal 7g protein

TOTALS: 355 cals 21 g protein

if thats not enough protein for you, then obviously eat something else protein rich with it!
enjoy!
