Hello everyone, thought I'd share this webpage I came across a few months ago. It has a wide variety of simple healthy recipes for all sorts of meals, including breakfasts, main dishes, salads, desserts, etc. I highly recommend bookmarking it:
http://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifehack/over-100-quick-and-easy-healthy-foods.htmlA couple of the ones I've tried so far from there are:
Baked Potato FriesIf you can't lay off french fries forever (like me), then this is the best alternative. Given, they don't come out as crunchy, but they still taste great. Especially if you couple them with some crispy oven baked chicken, like this:

Hash Browns (Healthy)These are delicious, and a great accompaniment to scrambled eggs.
A few I am looking to try soon are:
Foolproof Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled Egg Cupcakes with Cheddar Cheese Frosting (though these don't look too healthy)
Corned Beef Oven OmeletThat's about it for now. If you guys try anything from that webpage, please followup with your reviews here so that myself or others can try 'em. Thanks.
Happy cooking!
